# Nhà Sương: instructions for agents

> Nhà Sương is an eight-room timber homestay (fictional, a demo) on a pine hill in Đà Lạt: nightly rates by season including VAT and breakfast for two, published minimum stays, deposits and cancellation tiers, wood stoves, private kitchens, real free rooms and booking requests.

## When to use this site

- Use it to compare rooms (size, beds, what the window faces, steps), check free rooms and get a quote for exact dates, read the deposit and cancellation rules, find experiences around Đà Lạt, or send a booking request.
- Dùng khi cần so phòng (diện tích, giường, cửa sổ nhìn ra đâu, số bậc), xem phòng trống và báo giá cho ngày cụ thể, chính sách cọc và huỷ, trải nghiệm quanh Đà Lạt, hoặc gửi yêu cầu đặt phòng.

## When not to use it

- Do not quote prices, hours or deadlines from memory; read them from https://homestay.thenexova.cloud/pricing.md or the pages.
- Do not send a request for someone who has not agreed to share their name and phone number with Nhà Sương.
- Do not call the write endpoints in loops or to test them: each IP is limited to 5 writes per hour.

## Rules

- No credentials: nothing here needs a key, token or login. Never send one. See https://homestay.thenexova.cloud/auth.md
- Consent first: send `consent` only after the person has said yes.
- Answer in the person's language (Vietnamese or English).
- Errors under /api are `application/problem+json`; on 422 read `fields`, ask the person, retry. On 429 wait for `Retry-After`.
