## The band of every night for the next year

- **Low season**Nights 5 to 31 May and 6 September to 31 October, holidays excepted.
- **Regular season**Every other night: 1 March to 28 April, 2 to 4 May, 1 June to 5 September, 1 November to 19 December.
- **Peak**Nights 20 December to 28 February, holidays and Tết excepted.
- **Holiday**The night before and the night of each public holiday, plus 24 and 31 December.
- **Tết**Nights 4 to 10 February 2027 (the 28th of the last lunar month to the 5th day of Tết).

## Per room, per night

VAT, service and breakfast for two included. Sun to Thu is Sunday to Thursday nights; Fri, Sat are Friday and Saturday nights (25% more, except holidays and Tết).

## 5 nights or more: 10% off

Every night is 10% less when you stay five nights or more in a row and every night is in low or regular season. Not with peak, holiday or Tết nights.

## Deposit and balance

Deposit by bank transfer within 24 hours of confirmation, or the request lapses. 30% of the total in low and regular season; 50% when any night is peak, holiday or Tết. The balance is paid on arrival; for holiday and Tết nights, 14 days before check-in.

## Cancelling: three sets of rules by season

### Low and regular season

- 5 days or more ahead: full deposit refund.
- 2 to 4 days ahead: the deposit is kept.
- Under 2 days or no show: the first two nights are charged (or the whole stay if shorter), the rest released.

### Peak

- 10 days or more ahead: full deposit refund.
- 5 to 9 days ahead: 50% of the room total is kept.
- Under 5 days or no show: 100% is charged.

### Holidays and Tết

- The deposit is not refunded. 30 days or more ahead: one free date change when a room is free (same rate band, otherwise the difference applies).
- Under 30 days: no refund and no date change.

A stay across bands follows the strictest night.
