Come out past baggage claim and Vinh is there holding a board with your name. If your flight time changes, message Ngân and Vinh will know.

The car goes directly to the alley off Hoàng Hoa Thám. Want a stop on the way? Say so when you book so we can plan the time.

The car stops at the gate. Vinh carries your luggage up the 46 stone steps to the lounge and on to your room.

Check-in
Check-in is from 14:00. If your room is ready early you can have it from 11:00 at no charge; if not, leave your bags in the lounge and go for lunch.
The airport pickup is Vinh’s job. He waits for you at Liên Khương airport with your name on a board, drives you straight to the Nhà Sương gate and carries your luggage up the 46 stone steps. One car takes up to four people and four suitcases, at 450,000 VND per car.
Why let us collect you
Nhà Sương is down an alley off Hoàng Hoa Thám street, in Xuân Hương - Đà Lạt ward (the former Ward 10), and it is 46 stone steps from the gate to the lounge. Cars with up to seven seats can reach the gate; anything bigger cannot. Vinh knows where the gate is, stops in the right place and takes the bags up for you. If it has been raining and the alley is slippery, he will tell you in advance if the car has to stop further down.

Arriving early or late
Check-in runs 14:00 to 22:00. On a morning flight, if your room is ready from 11:00 it is yours at no extra charge; if not, the bags wait in the lounge. Arrivals after 22:00 need notice, since reception closes at 22:00. Have your passport ready: every guest shows ID at check-in so the house can register the stay, as the residence law requires.

Questions
There are five of us with six suitcases. What then?
One car takes up to four people and four suitcases. Beyond that you need two cars at 450,000 VND each, 900,000 VND in all. Tell Ngân early so we can line up the second car.
Our flight lands late. Can we arrive after 22:00?
Yes, with notice. Reception is open 07:00 to 22:00; if you will arrive later, tell Ngân beforehand and Vinh will drive you and open the gate.
Can you take us back to the airport?
