How to write the address
Since 1 July 2025 Đà Lạt no longer has numbered wards. The old Ward 10 (Phường 10), where Hoàng Hoa Thám street runs, is now part of Xuân Hương ward, which merged the old Wards 1, 2, 3, 4 and 10. Many maps and most drivers still say “Phường 10”, so we give both names.
Đà Lạt now has five wards, each officially followed by “- Đà Lạt”: Xuân Hương, Cam Ly, Lâm Viên, Xuân Trường and Lang Biang. Lâm Đồng province also took in Đắk Nông and Bình Thuận (Resolution 202/2025/QH15), and Đà Lạt remains the provincial capital. Arriving by car
Give the driver “hẻm 77 Hoàng Hoa Thám, Phường 10”. Cars with up to seven seats can drive the length of the alley to our gate. For anything bigger, call Ngân first and we will agree where to meet you.
Tuệ or Vinh meets you at the gate. From there it is 46 stone steps to the lounge. There is no lift and no step-free route to any room. Vinh carries the bags to your door. Steps from the gate to each room (46 to the lounge, plus the steps from the lounge to the door):

From Liên Khương airport
The house car does the Liên Khương airport pickup, driven by Vinh: 450,000 VND per car, up to four people and four suitcases, straight to the gate. Send us your flight number at least 12 hours ahead. Add it when you book, or message Ngân.
A taxi or a ride-hailing car works too: give the driver the address above, and any car up to seven seats gets to the gate.
When it rains
The alley is steep. After heavy rain it is sometimes too slippery for a car to go up safely. When that happens Vinh calls you beforehand, agrees where the car should stop, and comes down for the luggage. Wet stone steps are slipperier than dry ones, so wear shoes with grip and take them slowly. Đà Lạt in the rainy season has more on what to pack.
Arrival times
Check-in is 14:00 to 22:00. Arriving after 22:00 is fine only if you tell us first: message Ngân and Vinh will open the gate. If your room is ready early you can check in from 11:00 at no charge; if not, we keep your luggage. The other times are on the house rules.
