Bookings, front desk, English · at Nhà Sương since 2023
Hoàng Thị Ngân, who answers every booking message
You get one message from me: which rooms are free, the total, the deposit, when it is due, and what you lose if you cancel.
Answers phone, Zalo and email in Vietnamese and English, quotes free rooms, handles stay registration.
Ngân joined Nhà Sương in 2023. Every booking message goes through her, whether it comes by phone, Zalo, email or the booking page. She answers in English or Vietnamese, 07:00 to 22:00, every day.
What she does at the house
A request sent from the website holds the room; it is not a confirmation. Ngân calls or messages you on Zalo the same day to confirm and then sends the bank details. The deposit is due by bank transfer within 24 hours of that: 30% of the total in low and regular season, 50% when any night is peak, holiday or Tết (Lunar New Year). If nobody has acted on a request after 12 hours, it is released and she tells you.
Her habit is to put everything in one message: room, dates, nights, guests, total, deposit, when the balance is due, and the cancellation tiers for those exact dates. You should not have to ask a second time.
At check-in she is at the desk. Each guest shows an ID card or passport and she registers the stay through the official channel. If you are not Vietnamese, she tells you beforehand what to bring.
What guests ask her
- What do I lose if I cancel? It depends on the strictest night in your stay. She sends the tiers that apply, the same ones listed in the booking policy.
- Can I get a room at Tết? Tết nights need 3 nights minimum and a 50% deposit. The deposit is not refunded, but you can move the dates once if you ask 30 days or more before check-in.
- How do I get here from the airport? She books the airport pickup that Vinh drives, 450,000 VND per car.
